She is now 26, but I still remember...

Psalm 100
A Psalm of praise.

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing. Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.

I even hear the little pauses for a breath ~*~ what joy these Words bring. Her class said it in unison together. ~*~ Bless His Name.Lane Hill Househttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12952459499802207852noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4364617788458228849.post-4131437009264739302012-08-19T13:46:46.241-07:002012-08-19T13:46:46.241-07:00"Psalm 100:3 As in an alternate reading in th..."Psalm 100:3 As in an alternate reading in the Masoretic Text; the other alternate and some ancient versions read and not we ourselves."

I learn something new everyday. Today, I learned what the Masoretic Text is after looking it up.

And, yes, this is a beautiful Psalm.Sharonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06596653591301276543noreply@blogger.com
