May 29, Day 150 - Acts 25

Click here to go to Acts 25

More of Paul in prison and the Roman officials trying to decide what to do with him. Fetus saw no reason to keep Paul but he had no choice when Paul asked to go before to Caesar.

I'm enjoying reading the history of Paul, just don't have any thoughts that really jump out at me.

Blessings!

  1. Acts 25
18-20a But the accusations made against him weren’t any of the crimes I expected. Instead, it was something about their religion and a dead man named Jesus, who Paul insists is alive. I was at a loss to know how to investigate these things...

22 “I’d like to hear the man myself,” Agrippa said.
    And Festus replied, “You will—tomorrow!”

So many hearing the gospel ~*~ curious but without ears to hear.

  2. Reading all this just makes me almost want to laugh at all these different "leaders" and kings. For some reason they just can't say, "These are bogus charges. Let Paul go." They waffle back and forth just as much as our government leaders do. :-)

  3. On another note...my friend Susie is still in intensive care but has shown some improvement. So, we have hope that she will recover. Thank you for your continued prayers.
