Nov 21, Day 324 - Revelation 1

Click here to go to Revelation 1

I have to be honest I thought about not reading Revelation as part of the Bible 360, but my Pastor encouraged me to include it. I feel ill equipped to really make any comments regarding this book. But I need to trust the Holy Spirit to guide me in this.

“I am the Alpha and the Omega—the beginning and the end,” says the Lord God. “I am the one who is, who always was, and who is still to come—the Almighty One.”
17 When I saw him, I fell at his feet as if I were dead. But he laid his right hand on me and said, “Don’t be afraid! I am the First and the Last. 18 I am the living one. I died, but look—I am alive forever and ever! And I hold the keys of death and the grave.

  1. I'm glad you decided to go ahead with Revelations. It seems to often be a book that many avoid, but that is precisely why I want to read it and read insights from everyone here.

  2. Revelation 1
1-3 This is the revelation of Jesus Christ. God gave it to him to show his servants the things that must happen soon. He sent this revelation through his angel to his servant John. John testified about what he saw: God’s word and the testimony about Jesus Christ. Blessed is the one who reads, as well as those who hear the words of this prophecy and pay attention to what is written in it because the time is near.

5b Glory and power forever and ever belong to the one who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood

7a Look! He is coming in the clouds. Every eye will see him, even those who pierced him.

19 Therefore, write down what you have seen, what is, and what is going to happen after these things.
