Day 60, March 1- 1 Corinthians 4

Certain parts of this chapter confuse me and I'm not sure what Paul is saying, but one thing is clear we should be imitators of him. He gave himself wholeheartedly to the gospel of Christ as well as his life to share that gospel. As I think about Paul's life and all he did and then examine my own life I realize just how far short I am. Not that all of us are called to be a Paul but we are all called. With the changes I made last year I'm still trying to find my place in this world. Things for me to chew on as my boss likes to say.

  2. 1 Corinthians 4
5b He will also bring to light what is hidden in the dark and reveal people’s motives.
20 God’s kingdom is not just talk, it is power.

    Lamentations 2:13-14
What thing shall I take to witness for you? what thing shall I liken to you, O daughter of Jerusalem? what shall I equal to you, that I may comfort you, O virgin daughter of Zion? for your breach is great like the sea: who can heal you? Your prophets have seen vain and foolish things for you: and they have not discovered your iniquity, to turn away your captivity; but have seen for you false burdens and causes of banishment.
