July 18, Day 200 - 2 Corinthians 1

Click here to go to 2 Corinthians 1

The power of prayer! In verses 8 through 11 we read of the troubles that faced Paul and his companions. They were expected to die yet they didn't. And Paul declares it was due to the prayers of those in Corinth.  It's a great reminder that it is important to pray for people. When someone comes to mind I try to stop and left them up to God. He knows what's happening even though I don't and probably won't know this side of heaven.

Be blessed!

Can you believe it!?!? We've made 200 days!!

  1. 4 He comforts us in all our troubles so that we can comfort others. When they are troubled, we will be able to give them the same comfort God has given us.

So true. How can we comfort others if we are in turmoil? But, as God comforts us, we can then help others.
